Shipping and Delivery Policy

New Zealand delivery addresses
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock (business days only) and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

All parcels will be delivered between 8.30am – 5.30pm to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Parcels cannot be left unattended. It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If you have missed the delivery first time around, you will be contacted and will have to collect it up from the advised location. We do not offer direct pickup of your order from our despatch site.

Pricing Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all products are listed on our site in NZD including the New Zealand GST rate. If GST does not apply to your order this will be shown on checkout. All non-New Zealand related taxes, duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. We will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If you require the goods to be returned for refund due to one of the reasons allowed above, you need to contact us to arrange collection.
